Inside Contract Commercial Loan Processor

      -Processes Loan paperwork
      -Responsible for clearing conditions of lender
      -Must possess previous skills & experience
      -Initiates client follow-ups
      -May work from home with approval
      -Compensation is based on retainers received and closings
      -Bonuses are available

Inside Administrative Assistant

      -Must be able to multi-task well
      -Field call overflow from various departments
      -Organize and file both digital and paper files
      -Assist various staff members and departments
      -Compensation is based on tasks completed
      -Bonuses are available

Outside Telemarketer from Home

      -Call on perspective clients for various services
      -Update software with client responses and opportunities
      -Must speak clear and professional English
      -Minimum 6 hour daily availability
      -Must have PC with Internet access
      -Must have Vonage VoIP service to which we have access
      -Compensation is based on amount of calls made
      -Compensation is $0.25 per call
      -Bonuses available

Outside Virtual Branch Manager

      -Call on clients to assist with applications
      -Assist Loan Processors with applicants
      -Recruit other Telemarketers & Loan Originators
      -Must have Internet Access
      -Compensation based on Application Retainers received & Closings Points collected
      -Commissions start at 35% per received Retainer and collected Closing Points
      -Bonuses are available

Outside Loan Originator

      -Call on perspective clients for Loan Services
      -Update software with client responses and opportunities
      -Must speak clear and professional English
      -Must have PC with Internet access
      -Compensation is based on Application Retainers received
      -Commissions start at 35% per received Retainer
      -Bonuses available

Outside Property Field Agent

       -Locate "For Sale by Owner" properties within local area
       -Complete necessary paperwork for submission
       -Properties must be worth at least twice (2x) purchase price
       -Must have digital camera or phone to submit photos digitally
       -Compensation is $5 per approved submission
       -Bonuses are available

Outside Real Estate Investment Agent

       -Call on perspective clients for Real Estate Investment
       -Update software with client responses and opportunities
       -Must speak clear and professional English
       -Must have PC with Internet access
       -Compensation is based on transaction amounts completed
       -Commissions start at 15% of Net transaction amount
       -Bonuses available

Outside Ambit Energy Field Agent

        -Go door to door to introduce prospects to switching to Ambit Energy as their service provider
        -Advise prospects of benefits of switching energy service provider to Ambit Energy
        -Obtain information needed to switch prospect to Ambit Energy
        -Complete Prospect Switch forms and fax to complete submission
        -Compensation is based on completed transactions
        -Receive $75 per every 4 prospects switched to Ambit Energy
        -Bonuses are available

Outside Travel Agent

        -Introduce your individual travel website to prospective travelers to book their trips
        -Recruit other potential Travel Agents
        -Compensation is based on completed transactions and new recruits
